In early 2004, a group of artists convened in a Hollywood home. Their focus was to create an open mic environment for actors in LA. They felt a great divide between the industry they labored after and their deep-felt need to express themselves artistically. The result of that effort is The Actors Lounge, a spontaneous showcase put on once a month at The Greenway Court Theater. The concept is simple, come to practice, come to perfect, come to get a live audience reaction. It's a comfortable atmosphere where mistakes are greeted with support and artists can experiment on their craft without having to pay for it.

The Lost Angels continue to nurture this organic atmosphere with the help of the Greenway Arts Alliance, so come join us every first Wednesday of the month at the Greenway Court Theater located at 544 N. Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles, CA.
